So, this hard year is over and we'd like to sum up the achievements ant to tell you about our plans for the future.
This year we've made first steps, which allow us to get important experience and to understand the functional structure of independent record label.
For a period of a little more than a year we established perfect relations with many labels and bands from USA, Europe and of course Russia.
Started with distributing of releases of most significant Labels from abroad followed with first own release [XHTX 001] Engage At Will / xHARAMx we've became known and weighty figure in international Straight Edge - Hardcore scene.
In September 2008 xHARDxTIMESx supported very successful European tour of Engage At Will band.
In October debut release of beginner band from Moscow "Flawless Victory" has been out. Album [XHTX002] "Young Hearts" had got a lot of positive reviews and demonstrated distributing abilities of xHARDxTIMESx Records.
After unforgettable tour for the album supporting in Nizhniy Novgorod, Kirov and presentations in Moscow and St.Petersburg, stock of CDs and merch has been sold out in less than two weeks. Large number of orders (about 70-100 per week) has been shipped to cities from Kaliningrad, Minsk, Moscow to Novosibirsk Birobidzhan and Tokio that proves good recognition of the Label in Russia as well as abroad.
We try not to limit ourselves only by immediate Label functions but we also try to bring our own opinion on events inside the scene, as you can always read in our Myspace blog.
Very important moment of the last year was opening international xHARDxTIMESx Online shop that solved the problem of ordering our releases from abroad and we became first who started to use this opportunity in our country, because before this feature was almost undeveloped here. Now you can order our products all over the world.
Also we've opened in Moscow show room and store where you can always purchase our releases and all positions from the distro for the price without delivery costs, that is very useful for people from Moscow and Moscow region.
Ukrainian band xDEVIANTx also has joined to our family, this shows that xHARDxTIMESx unites absolutely different musical styles and positions. We also co-operate in distributing releases with most significant people which have great influence on us and with whose music we've grown up. It is very pleasant and proves again good result of our work.
In future we will continue developing Russian Straight Edge scene, help talented groups to bring their ideas and thoughts to the listeners and of course break hope of impostors, who try to seize and misappropriate the valiant name of Straight Edge contra culture.
We're always ready to listen you ideas and proposals and we're waiting for demo-records of collectives which have what to say.
