We’ve got news about A&E’s “Coma,” a guest star on “Raising Hope,” a modern day remake of “The Brady Bunch,” Adam Levine on the set of “American Horror Story,” good news and bad news for “The Big C,” and a new trailer for “Homeland.” Get the details on all of these projects below!

A&E has a new psychological thriller series coming out on September 3rd called “Coma,” and it looks like a bizarre blend of the Hayden Christensen movie Awake (remember that one?) and Requiem For A Dream. The trailer is short, but they cram it full of nightmarish visuals that might have you thinking twice next time you need medical help.

The FOX series “Raising Hope” has been steadily gaining followers since its arrival on the airwaves, and it looks like one more person is set to join the cast for the next season. E! Online broke a story that revealed that Melanie Griffith would be playing Shannon Woodward’s character’s mother on the series, and FOX has since confirmed the story, revealing that not only would Griffith be on board for the Season 4 premiere, but Griffith’s mother Tippi Hedren is coming along, too.

In today’s bit of WTF news, Vince Vaughn is apparently in talks to bring back a new spin on the classic television series “The Brady Bunch.” This incarnation follows a divorced Bobby Brady (who has kids) as he remarries a woman who also has kids, and they have a kid together. (That’s a lot of kids.) Plus, their respective ex-spouses are still involved. Sounds crazy enough to work…

If you’re a fan of “The Voice,” Maroon 5, and “American Horror Story,” then put on your helmet, because your mind is about to be blown. “AHS” creator Ryan Murphy just tweeted a new photo of future cast member Adam Levine on set with a creepy red graffiti painting nearby. Levine will be playing one of The Lovers, a bizarre couple that also includes Ms. Channing Tatum herself, Jenna Dewan.

The gods of TV give, and the gods of TV taketh away. Here’s a case of both for the Showtime series “The Big C,” which will be getting four hour long episodes in the coming season when the show previously ran only thirty minutes, but the catch is that the coming season will be its last. Oh well – at least “Dexter” still has a home on the network.

Speaking of Showtime, it’s killer new series “Homeland” – which has been winning awards left and right, and is being hailed as one of the best new dramas of the past few years – is preparing for it’s upcoming second season. The network has released a new promo that takes us inside the conflicted mind of Clare Danes’ character, and really makes me want to catch up with this series as soon as possible so I don’t miss out on anything else. Let us know if you’ve been watching in the comments!
