With more10 years of experience, Richy Leo is one of the best-known DJs in Italy. He was born in Milan november 5, 1978, Music has always played a major role in Ricky’s life, at the early age of 14 Ricky start taking percussions lessons from Alex Battini.His abilities and his innovation make him start to play electric bass, guitar and enlarging his formation as drummer, His passion and enthusiasm for music drove him to the House music in all its facets deep, funk, electro. The competence, the background, the destiny perharbs…makes Ricky Leo ends in the best clubs of Milan first he accompanies a full percussion setup with the DJ set,and only after a few months, began his adventure between mixer and turntables. Since then he has worked non-stop in the best clubs in Milan, in 2005 became resident DJ L'Avamposto di S.Cesarea terme (LE),2006 continues in L'Avamposto growing consensus with the reward of the Guendalina. The winter season, it brings back to his hometown and sees him as a committed resident dj @ Bond Club. Since 2005 Ricky follows a parallel project which sees him collaborate with Listen Club for a series of roadshows onenight (TH28, Soir Cafe, Pulp Club, Divine, bar code). From winter 2007, Richy Leo is currently a resident DJ for Listen Club at G-Lounge(milan) and has monthly residencies in BILLY DEELIGHT@AMNESIA (Milan) and ESPERANDO BALEARIKA@KOGIN'S CLUB (Turin) Riccardo Leo nasce a Milano il 5 novembre del 1978. Già a quattordici anni,la musica è parte fondamentale della sua vita. Studia percussioni presso Alex Battini e da batterista prende parte ad un progetto musicale che lo porterà nel corso degli anni a calcare palchi di livello (secondi classificati Logos Party 1996,gruppo spalla per Elio e le storie tese). La passione per la musica in genere,lo avvicina a basso e chitarra elettrici. Continua negli anni la sua formazione come batterista. La nostalgia del rumore,porta Ricky ad avvicinarsi,prima timidamente,poi in modo sempre più convinto ai club (milanesi e non) e alla musica house in tutte le sue sfaccettature(deep,funk,electro). La competenza,il background,il destino..forse il caso,fanno si che Ricky finisca dietro ad una consolle. Dapprima accompagna con percussioni elettroniche i dj set,dopo solo qualche mese,inizia la sua avventura tra mixer e giradischi. Dalle prime feste private,il passaparola milanese,porta in un attimo Ricky a suonare nei locali più famosi della città Nel 2005 parte la sua avventura salentina che lo vede impegnato come resident dj c/o L'Avamposto di S.Cesarea terme (LE). L'anno successivo,il 2006,continua alL'Avamposto ma i consensi sempre maggiori lo premiano con la consolle del Guendalina. La stagione invernale,lo riporta alla sua città natale e lo vede impegnato come resident dj c/o il Bond Club. Dall'aprile 2005 Ricky segue inoltre un progetto parallelo che lo vede collaborare con Listen Events(www.listenevents.com) per una serie di onenight itineranti (TH28,Soir Cafè,Pulp Club,Divina,Codice a barre). Dalla stagione invernale 2007,Ricky è resident dj presso il G-Lounge Club(www.glounge.it),storico locale della vita notturna meneghina.
