Green groups and activists for the developing world on Thursday accused rich nations of tiptoeing away from vows to seal a binding, far-reaching UN treaty on climate change in Copenhagen next month. “Diplomats” meeting in Barcelona this week failed to make progress on key issues in the fight against climate change. Climate campaigners say it represented a last-ditch effort to save the planet. But even tough there was no agreements about anything. It means we are totally fucked.
