Having trouble installing the latest version of MySpaceIM?

For some users trying to install the latest MySpaceIM, it appears that the installation stops before finishing. We are actively working on a fix (thanks for your patience!). In the mean time, please try this workaround:

1. Open your Windows Task Manager. One way to do this: Right click on the Taskbar (the long bar with your Start button, usually at the bottom of the screen) and select "Task Manager" from the menu.
2. View the tab marked Processes.
3. Click on the Image Name column header to sort all process names alphabetically.
4. Locate the process named msiexec.exe. You may see several of them - if so, locate the processes which runs under your currently logged in User Name.
5. Highlight the process and click the End Process button.
6. Click Yes in the resulting message box to confirm that it is okay to end this process.
7. After you stop the process, the MySpaceIM installation should continue normally.
8. Close Windows Task Manager.
