About me:

Welcome to La Lupe's #1 Website! This site is to honor and remember the Woman who changed Latin music in general with her extreme style of performing, songwriting, and above all SOUL! She is Lupe Victoria Yoli Raymond, born on December 23, 1939 in San Pedrito, a village outside of Santiago, Cuba. She's know as La Lupe, La Yiyiyi, Queen of Latin Soul, La Reina De la canción Latina and above all the most controversial Latin artist to ever live! This site is dedicated to all of La Lupe's friends and family, and more especially her fans across the world!... and beyond! Lupe left us an abundant amount of music and joy, a great heritage to Latin music and to everyone who loves Latin American music from all over the world. My purpose is to serve as instrument to showcase Lupe's great and enormous talent to the world. She has been pushed to the back of the line from her record label but very soon the truth about her legacy will come out! I do not endorse nor exploit in any way form or matter Lupe's image, music, etc. I am just a humble servant to the honorable Queen of Latin Soul.
