Hey guys I just wanted to say we really appreciate taking the time to check out our new website. We have goals to make this THE best guitar playing website around with the best information and stories out there.

How do we plan on doing this? Well....we want all of you guys to contribute to the site. Any stories of crazy experiences, questions, lessons, tips, etc. are more than encouraged to be posted by you.

This is a site focused on expanding the creativity and unlocking the potential for today's guitar player.

So if you play jazz, metal, blues, rock, classical....whatever. We want to hear from YOU, so register with the site and start contributing comments and posts. After you register, just login to start writing. Here's a direct link to register:

Here are some examples of short but worthwhile posts that won't take more than 5-30 minutes of your time to contribute:

*If you see a cool guitar video on youtube, post it up on our site and tell us why you like it so much. Tell us why it inspires you or what makes the guitarist so enjoyable to hear/watch. Especially if it is from a lesser known guitarist/band.

*Keep us posted on what you are doing. Hey, we don't care if you shamelessly promote your new cd release or next gig. We want to increase artist appreciation and awareness, especially for our contributors and loyal supporters. So advertise your next gig and let everyone know where and when. Slap as many links on your post as you like.

*Apply wisdom from unrelated fields and relate it to guitar or music. Take a quote from Freud, Jung, Buddha, Jesus, Oprah...whoever, and apply it to music and guitar.

*Apply wisdom of your favorite musicians. Take a quote from Jimi or Randy and elaborate on it. Or just leave it as a quote and let others ponder upon it.

*Tell us about a new band or player to watch out for. Help Increase artist appreciation and awareness! every little bit helps.

*Tape a video of yourself playing a gig and post it.

*Tape a video of yourself teaching a creative or technical guitar lesson. Extra bonus points with us if you do this!

*Scan and post an excerpt from your favorite guitar book.

*Comment on an existing article

*Share with us pictures of your girlfriend/wife posing in lingerie (Sorry we cannot accept nudes due to the age range of our visitors including those under 18)
