About me:

A offical Betamorph Recordings DJ and Co-Founder of the infamous BOAY Crew. He's a resident of Livewire , Warehouse , The other syde of Soho and Asylum Afterhours , he's one of the driving forces behind the Dubstep movement in Hawaii. Started as a mobile Dj with the Reckless Crew and Creative Dj Warehouse , mentored by one of Hawaii's most well known DJ and Manager of Creative Sound and Lighting DJ EP. Making his way playing Breaks , UK Hard House and Hard NRG in 2000 , the Hawaii scene soon took a hit and slowly started to fade out. He like many other DJ's soon went into retirement to focus on personal life , but his love for music never left him . After a 3 year break his itch for play music was overwhelming and he returned to the decks playing at Livewire's Fire & Ice New Years Eve event , still playing Breaks but with the addition of Progressive and Electro. Making his way back into the scene played for all types of crowds , from minimal techno clubs to art events . With his diverse taste in music , aggressive 40+ track list multi genre mixing and his crazy energy he can keep a dance floor moving. While surfing around the net one day he found Dubstep , he grew up listening to reggae and was serious into Hip Hop and graffiti in the 90's he was instantly hooked . At the time Dubstep in Honolulu was rarely herd and so he decided to dedicated himself to exposing the Dubstep sound. Still getting booked for everything from Minimal Techno to Psy he slowly started force feeding Dubstep to the ears in all areas of the EDM scene. In 2009 he joined forces with one of Hawaii's premier Turntablist and Radio DeeJay Technique ( deejaytechnique )and formed TechMarcher Dubstep , constantly pushing each other their freestyle sets come through with some serious banging with enough tricks to keep any crowd jumping. Recently feature in a local mainstream news paper Honolulu Weekly http://honoluluweekly.com/calendar/spinzone-feature/2009/11/creature-of-the-night/ . Nightmarcher was the first Dubstep DJ to make mainstream media and was dubbed Hawaii's dedicated trend setter. He's the only Dubstep DJ entered in the Mai Tai Spin-off battle and this guy's not afraid to put himself on the line to expose the Dubstep sound. Although he'd like to make his way as a DJ/Turntablist Nightmarcher's currently taking swings at producing trying to teach himself the ropes , hopefully he'll be putting out productions that will allow him to share his skills and represent Hawaii to the world.
