Bio
.. Cheap Regrets were a Pop Rock band hailing from Salisbury in Wiltshire England. The band were made up of 5 friends doing what they loved doing most. The guys played countless shows with countless bands and worked hard to gain a very loyal fan base while having the time of their lives along the way..... ..On 1st August 2007, Cheap Regrets played their last show.......In July they decided to disband. "This was a mutual decision and the boys are all still friends and there are no hard feelings.....More than anything we'd like to thank all the people throughout the last five and a half years who have helped us out and made everything possible for us:..Our parents, for countless lifts to shows across the country, and for all the encouragement over the years...Rob Dahl (Robocat) for getting us out of Salisbury and making us a real band...Kieth Gale and everyone at Grosvenor house for their time and space, support and advice...Geoff Swan (Simba) for recording our progress and good times over these last two years...All the promoters and venues that gave us a chance to play, everyone at Salisbury Art Centre, Terry and Elaine, Chris Cook, Henry Curr, Richard Reines, Ville and Matt, Scammell, Zac Smith, Ross Burns, Dave Wigans and The Hexagons, Colin Holton, Anton Prior, Andy Boulton, Rod Latter, John Hilton-King, and all our friends and every fan that came to see us live, bought our CDs and supported us. We love you!".... "We'd also like to thank the following bands/artists for inspiration and help: ..Three Date Thoery, Swedish Student, Suicidal Pussycat, Anatomy of Me, The Hexagons, Leaves Have Fallen, One Drunk Morning, Furthest Drive Home, Forward Is the Farewell, Day Of Rising, Luke Leighfield and every other band that we ever played with and loved!....And last, but definitely not least, R.I.P. Rose and George. You are terribly missed by everyone at Grosvenor, and we will never forget you guys.......If anyone from Cheap Regrets forms new bands, we'll let you know here so you can check out the new shit!"......citystereo.... featuring Ben from Cheap Regrets.......Go Vegas.... featuring Dom and Tom! -
