Bugsy hails from Auckland and is heralded as one of the top DJs in New Zealand's ever evolving scene.

As a resident for Subtronix and Fu Bar, Bugsy has played alongside pretty much every act in the game including such heavyweights as Ed Rush + Optical, Bad Company, Noisia, Chase + Status and Pendulum.

With over a decade of DJing behind him and a tune selection not confined to one genre, Bugsy's sets are always dynamic and fresh, with new cuts from both international and local producers.

In 2009 Bugsy and Merge started Coalesce, a company which looks to encompass many different aspects of music including: promotion, radio, digital distribution and artist management.

Coalesce promotes a range of regular nights in Auckland including:
"Tech Support" a night based on harder edged dancefloor tunes and has played host to New Zealand producers such as Cern, Bulletproof, The Upbeats and State of Mind.
"Wax'd" a night dedicated solely to vinyl.
"Rise" which has been a showcase for Auckland's emerging DJ,MC and production talent.

In 2010 Coalesce expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where Bugsy is now based.
